This is a new and exciting program that we have brought into
Crossfit Raw Strength. The program is focused on a 45 minute High Intensity Functional Movement style of workout.

The class is an aerobic fitness based workout designed for athletes who want step away from heavy weight training or doing any of the olympic barbell movements.

This is a great class if you enjoy the longer style of workout without the technical lifts. The class is designed for all fitness levels and is a lot of fun
